Atlanta zoo names cockroach after Tom Brady

Zoo Atlanta held up its end of a bet with Roger Williams Park Zoo, after the New England Patriots’ comeback win over the Falcons.

ATLANTA FALCONS FANS are still bitter about their devastating NFL Super Bowl loss to the New England Patriots.

With the Patriots’ 34-28 comeback win over the Falcons in Super Bowl LI on February 5, Zoo Atlanta lost a bet with Roger Williams Park Zoo in Providence, Rhode Island and had to name one of its newest baby animals after quarterback Tom Brady.

Zoo Atlanta held up its end of the deal and named its newest Madagascar hissing cockroach after the Super Bowl MVP.

Falcons fans will certainly agree it is a much more fitting choice than Zoo Atlanta’s adorable new baby gorilla or twin baby pandas.
