When German Rose Roisin Ni Mathuna, a self-proclaimed Aston Villa fan who was born in Birmingham but grew up in Rush, Co Dublin, was joined on stage by the FA Cup, she was left speechless.
As part of the surprise, Villa defender Leandro Bacuna appeared in a video message to wish Roisin the best of luck.
However, it quickly became clear that neither she nor presenter Dáithí Ó Sé had the slightest idea who the Dutch defender was.
