Hello, and welcome to tonight’s liveblog.

We’ll have the full teams for all tonight’s games very shortly, but I can confirm that Steven Gerrard, Jamie Carragher, Daniel Sturridge and Luis Suarez are all starting for Liverpool tonight.

In case you haven’t heard, there’s been some good news for Liverpool fans already today – Philippe Coutinho has signed for the club from Inter Milan.

GOAL FOR LIVERPOOL!

Liverpool 1-0 Arsenal: Sturridge initially misses a golden opportunity when through on goal, but the ball rebounds into the path of Suarez, who makes no mistake from close range (5 mins).

Straight after that, Walcott finds himself through on goal, but he hits it straight at the goalkeeper.

Sturridge misses a decent chance to make it 2-0 from a difficult angle, hitting it narrowly wide.

Arsenal’s defence has looked incredibly nervy in the opening few minutes.

And shortly after, Szczesny barely gets away with trying to dribble past the onrushing striker, and then Giroud hits a well-executed cross just wide.

What a start this has been!

GOAL FOR SOUTHAMPTON!

Southampton 1-0 Man United: A bad back pass from Carrick lead to Jay Rodriguez tackling De Gea and consequently giving the Saints a shock early lead (3 mins).

Steven Gerrard makes an important clearance from Podolski’s dangerous cross.

Arsenal have recovered well from their disastrous start in recent minutes.

GOAL FOR MAN UNITED!

Man United 1-1 Southampton: Great pass from Shinji Kagawa to find Rooney, who finishes well into the corner (8 mins).

And in the Liverpool game, Agger’s header has just been cleared off the line.

Leighton Baines has given Everton the lead against West Brom, while Dimitar Berbatov has put Fulham ahead against West Ham.

Norwich 1-0 Tottenham: Ireland’s Wes Hoolahan has put the Canaries ahead (32 mins).

He converts a cross from fellow Irish squad member Anthony Pilkington.

GOAL FOR MAN UNITED!

Man United 2-1 Southampton: A diving header from Evra finds Rooney, and he slots it into the empty net for his and United’s second goal of the game (26 mins).

Normal orders resumes then, following Southampton’s shock early lead.

Everton 2-0 West Brom: Anyone who has Leighton Baines in their Fantasy team will be pretty happy right now.

The England international has just scored his second goal of the night to put his side two goals ahead with a penalty (45 mins).

HALF-TIME: ARSENAL 0-1 LIVERPOOL

Arsenal’s dodgy defence proves their undoing again, as Liverpool get the better of the first half.

It’s now half-time in all tonight’s 7.45 kick-offs.

Chelsea 1-0 Reading: Juan Mata has given Rafa Benitez’s side the lead (45 mins).

It’s now half-time in all the 8pm games.

The Liverpool-Arsenal game and the other 7.45pm kick-offs are underway.

Jacob Steinberg tweets: “West Ham have been appalling. The Berb is playing magnificently.”

Fulham continue to lead that game 1-0.

Carragher is currently receiving treatment after a powerful shot hits him right in the stomach.

The Arsenal fans are unsympathetic though, and think he’s time-wasting.

GOAL FOR LIVERPOOL!

Liverpool 2-0 Arsenal: Henderson drives forward and a flimsy tackle from Santos only deflects it into his path again, and the midfielder finishes with ease (60 mins).

Arsenal had started this half quite well, but again, bad defending has ultimately cost them.

GOAL FOR ARSENAL!

Liverpool 2-1 Arsenal: A free-kick is played in and Giroud pulls away from Agger and heads home powerfully (64 mins).

Arsenal 2-2 Liverpool: Giroud lays it off to Walcott, and the England international drives it home powerfully from a difficult angle (67 mins).

Liverpool have conceded two goals in just over two minutes.

Everton 2-1 West Brom: Amid all the goals at the Emirates, Ireland’s Shane Long has given the Baggies hope.

Some hesitant defending from John Heitinga allowed him to score with a header.

The game’s gone relatively quiet since that last Arsenal goal.

Liverpool have replaced Sturridge with Luis Enrique, seemingly in an attempt to shut up shop.

As I type, Mertesacker’s header finds the side-netting.

Norwich 1-1 Tottenham: Gareth Bale keeps up his excellent form this season to draw Spurs level (80 mins).

Chelsea 2-0 Reading: Super Frank Lampard has put his side two ahead (66 mins).

Meanwhile, an excellent Arsenal counter-attack ends when no one can get on the end of Cazorla’s fizzed cross.

Giroud has just been booked for a rather blatant dive.

Arsenal still are looking very dangerous though, while Liverpool appear to be playing for the draw now.
