ARSENE WENGER HAS made it clear that Arsenal are poised and ready to continue spending money this summer.
The Gunners are in talks to sign Valencia and Germany centre-back Shkodran Mustafi amid a defensive injury crisis, but the French boss has remained coy on the deal’s progress.
“I believe it’s better if I don’t talk about individual players, but we are ready to spend the money we have,” Wenger told a press conference.

“It’s important to spend money the right way – it’s not my money.”
