An ex-Liverpool kid in Croatia has just scored the most stunning bicycle kick

Armin Hodzic’s bicycle kick is absolutely stunning.

A LOT WAS expected of Armin Hodzic when Liverpool plucked the then 17-year-old Bosnian to Anfield, but like many hot prospects in the Premier League, he never made the grade, eventually leaving the club last year.

In 2014 after leaving the Reds, he signed for Dinamo Zagreb in Croatia, and if his hat-trick this weekend is anything to go by, the 21-year-old has settled in well.

Hodzic scored three times in Dinamo’s 5-1 win against Inter Zaprešić, with one goal in particular capturing the world’s attention.

Running diagonally across the box, the Inter defence looked to have him covered as the ball was chipped in his direction.

But rather than trap the ball and turn, Hodzic decided to have a pop at the bicycle kick, sending it way outside the far post, before the incredible curl on the ball sent it in off the post.

Not much the defence, or the keeper could do about that one.

Pure magic.
