ANTHONY JOSHUA WILL defend his world heavyweight title on 10 December, promoter Eddie Hearn insisted as talks for a mouth-watering bout against Wladimir Klitschko hit the ropes.
Joshua holds the IBF title but Klitschko also wants their Manchester fight to be sanctioned to decide the vacant WBA belt, which was held by Tyson Fury up until last week.

If the governing body refuse to put the belt on the line, the Ukrainian could swerve Joshua in favour of a WBA title fight in Germany.
“Regardless of if it’s Klitschko or not, AJ will return on December 10 in Manchester,” Hearn told Sky Sports.
“In an ideal world, there would be as many belts as possible on the line, but I hope (Klitschko) takes up the challenge rather than a soft touch in Germany.”
