Aaron Ramsey was in an offside position but he didn’t touch the ball, allowing Sanchez to give the Gunners the lead inside the opening five minutes.
The Chelsea defenders were convinced the offside flag would be raised, but the referee allowed the goal. There was also a hint of handball from Sanchez as he attempted to control possession.
