IT SEEMS MORE and more likely that Alexis Sanchez will leave Arsenal at the end of the season after it was revealed he walked out of a training session last week before clashing with team-mates in the dressing-room afterwards.
The Chilean attacker was surprisingly dropped to the bench for Saturday’s 3-1 defeat to Liverpool, but came on at half-time.
Although Arsene Wenger later said the decision to leave Sanchez out of the team was a tactical one, it now seems the training-ground incident at least contributed to the 28-year-old’s omission.
Sanchez has a current deal that runs until 2018 but he has not committed to a new one and this latest controversy only adds to the current malaise that seems to be sweeping across the north London club.

Doubts continue to swirl over Sanchez, Mesut Ozil and Wenger himself while the defeat to Jurgen Klopp’s side saw the Gunners drop outside the top-four. It was their fourth defeat in their last six games in all competitions.
