IRELAND INTERNATIONAL ALAN Judge has ended speculation over his future by signing a new two-year deal with Brentford.
The 28-year-old’s current deal with the Championship club expires in the summer but he has now committed himself to Brentford until the end of the 2018/19 season.
Judge hasn’t played this season after suffering a horrific double leg break last April but Brentford manager Dean Smith was keen to secure his services beyond this campaign.
The midfielder, who is close to a return to training, has attracted interest from Newcastle United among other clubs after his performances in the Championship last season.

Judge scored 14 goals last term, as well as assisting 16, as he earned a place in the Championship team of the season while also winning the Brentford player of the year award.
“I am really pleased that Alan has committed his immediate future to us,” Smith said.
