ELEVEN OF THE country’s top club players have been celebrated at the 20th AIB GAA Provincial Club Player Awards.
Michael Quinlivan, the hero of Clonmel Commercials’ dramatic Munster final scalp, is joined by Ballyboden St Enda’s marksman Andrew Kerin, Castlebar Mitchels’ Barry Moran, and Tony Kernan of Crossmaglen Rangers on the football honours list.
The hurling awards went to Kevin Downes of Na Piarsaigh, Oulart-the-Ballagh stalwart David Redmond, and Neil McManus for his role in helping Ruairi Óg of Antrim to the Ulster title.
And in camogie, Ashling Thompson and Susan Keane of finalists Milford and Killimor were joined by Ciara Storey of Oulart-the-Ballagh and Emma McFadden of Loughgiel Shamrocks on the winners’ list.

The awards were voted for by national and regional sport media, with the winners selected based on their performances throughout the 2015/2016 club campaign.
