THE NEW YORK Yankees’ Aaron Judge added to his already legendary status by winning the 2017 Home Run Derby in convincing fashion last night.
At 6′ 7″ and 20 stone (that’s 2.01m and 128kg in new money), Judge has been lighting up baseball this season with 30 home runs during the regular season so his success should come as no surprise.
But here are the home runs from last night that got people really excited:

Home run No. 23 in the first round sent Judge to the second round
It turned out that Judge’s toughest test came in the first round. But when he launched home run No. 23 in extra time, the race was on:

The longest home run of the night
It was only fitting that Judge would also have the longest home run of the night, clanging a 513-foot dinger off the glass beyond the left-field seats:

The home run that clinched the title
Judge just needed 11 home runs in the finals and he got them easily. Boom.

Lovely stuff
Good man Sham, real intelligent argument there, please enlighten us with more pearls of wisdom
I bet most Leinster “fans” couldn’t tell you the name of the previous coach without googling it, worse than Man City for fair weather support. Once they lose their edge (happens to every great team eventually) these “fans” will vanish into thin air and its back to 6,000 at a home Heineken Cup game
Jesus… those Munster lads have a fair old chip in the shoulder! ;-)
“Ah here.. leave it out!”
Speaking from raw experience Sham?
Woop! Good man joe!
