Wenger won't end winless run against Mourinho and 5 Premier League bets to consider

We’re also backing Danny Ings to end his drought and Marouane Fellaini to see red on his return to Goodison Park.

Home double - Southampton to win against Spurs (11/10) and Manchester City to beat Aston Villa (3/10)

MAURICIO POCHETTINO RETURNS to St Mary’s for the first time since leaving Southampton for Tottenham in the summer. Only one point separates the two clubs, who are both chasing fifth place, and the Saints could get one over on their former boss by claiming a fourth home win on the trot.

While Aston Villa are in good form at present, Man City have been less than convincing over the past six weeks. That said, Villa may have taken their eye off the ball after the celebrations which followed their FA Cup semi-final triumph and I fancy City to prevail.

Over 2.5 goals in QPR v West Ham (4/5)

Loftus Road plays host to a London derby with the visit of the Hammers. The Rs are in a real struggle to beat the drop as they sit two points from safety in 19th, while West Ham are well clear of a relegation scrap on 43 points.

Sam Allardyce’s side haven’t been at the races in April, however, and picked up one point from a possible nine in April so far.

The recent 1-0 loss at the hands of Chelsea aside, there have been at least three goals scored in QPR’s last seven and we’re expecting this to go the same way.

Danny Ings to score first in Burnley v Leicester (9/2)

There is a relegation six-pointer at Turf Moor 18th-placed Leicester City travel to Burnley, currently rooted to the bottom.

The Foxes come into the game on the back of three straight league wins while Sean Dyche’s men are without a victory in their last five.

That might be partly down the fact that Clarets’ top scorer Danny Ings has failed to hit the back of the net in his last eight Premier League outings. If ever there was a time to end that drought, it’s now.

Marouane Fellaini to be sent off in Everton v Manchester United (22/1)

The big Belgian is back at the home ground of the club he spent five years with for the first time on Sunday as Everton host Man United.

After a difficult first season, Fellaini has proved his worth under Louis van Gaal. The Goodison Park faithful will no doubt make it a hostile atmosphere for the midfielder and Van Gaal has had a word with him about keeping calm.

“I have spoken with Fellaini because I know this,” said the Dutchman. “But Fellaini is always very dry with his answers.

He said ‘it’s just a game’ but I said ‘yes, but it’s a special game for you’. I hope the Everton fans shall receive him like the Chelsea fans received Juan Mata because I like that very much.”

Okay, the bet is unlikely to come in but he does enjoy the physical aspect of the game and tempers may boil over so there’s no harm in throwing a cheeky fiver on it for the craic.

Arsenal and Chelsea both to score and draw (10/3)

The Premier League’s top two face off at the Emirates Stadium on Sunday afternoon with the Gunners aiming to close the ten-point gap at the top and champions-elect Chelsea hoping to edge closer to the title.

With nine straight victories under their belt, Arsene Wenger must be satisfied with how things have gone since Arsenal were knocked out of the Champions League by Monaco. Chelsea, meanwhile, gave a masterclass in winning without possession against Manchester United last weekend and won the corresponding fixture 2-0 back in October.

Jose Mourinho has never lost to his French rival in 12 meetings and Wenger may have to wait a little long to get that evasive win.
