Was it not keane who put viera in his place in that incident!
It was indeed. In his place and in his pocket.
Bergkamp is not just a genius, he is a God to us Gooners
Bergkamp was a class player
Re #13… Only one man was put in his place that night. It wasn’t Keane
The only man who didn’t get a deserved mention in this article: he’s French, he’s quick his names a porno flick, Emmanuel!
Adebayor isnt french
Oh dear I feel stupid now. You meant Emmanuel Petit….
Yes, Roy Keane was put in his place. Put in his place that February in 2005. That night when Man United beat Arsenal 4-2 in Highbury and John O’Shea scored with a chip.
If by put in his place, you mean a place above Vieria, than you are precisely right.
No mention of Tony Adams or Ian Wright?!
Number 1. If your a big Arsenal fan surely you’d remember before Wenger when Arsenal did anything but play football.
Number 13. United hammered Arsenal that day, in no small part due to Roy dominating Vierra completely.
Wenger spends the money like its his own
Have to laugh at the Wilshere one. He is easily one of the most overrated players in the PL. he’s terrible today and I do t see him making midfield of either Chelsea or City let alone Real, Barca or Bayern.
Do you not think Arsenals midfield is superior to Chelsea and City’s though? I would say arsenals midfield is by far the strongest in the league. Wilshere is a good player with the potential to be a great one. He is most definitely captain material in the future, and also the only people who “over rate” him are fans of other clubs.
We don’t trust in wenger any more. Time for change. We want our ARSENAL back.
The man has got arsenal out of the group stages for the past 16 years is it? And all that building an academy and a shoe string budget and running a profitable club. Can’t wait till he is gone so that arsenal ‘fans’ will realise how good a thing they had going.
Arsenal fans who gripe would realise just how good a manager Wenger is if he left.
If you’re my housemate, you spend every May saying, “Yeah, that’s a nice-looking Premier League trophy you’ve got there… shame it’s not made of solid gold.”

I’m all of these, great to see us top of league but people still criticise wegner ?! I don’t know why..
Gooner till I die <3
How can you be happy with wenger when he is consistently settling for 4th place.. No wonder van persie and nasri left..
Sad when ye young Arsenal fans are happy with getting into the champs leag and call that a good season. Arsenal football club should be winning champs leag and prem simple as. Go follow spurs for yourself.
As a 38 yr old Gooner, I remember the 80′s (before Graham) and I personally cringed when we won the 2 cups in ’93, when the style of football was ‘Puke’. Arsenal were miles behind United before Wenger arrived. If you want to blame anyone, blame the directors for not giving him the funds to compete with United & Chelsea. Or just look at how well that gamble worked for Leeds.
This article was posted in April? Why is it up again?
You know you’re a hardcore arsenal fan when you boo the team whenever they lose a game, doesn’t have to be during a run of defeats though…

“You hate United”. Add to this list and every list you guys now do in this series
