THE 2015 GAA/GPA Hurling Allstars were announced earlier today with All-Ireland champions Kilkenny taking seven of the places in this year’s team.
Now all that’s left to be decided is Hurler of the Year and Young Hurler of the Year, both of which will be announced live on RTÉ tomorrow evening from the Convention Centre Dublin.
TJ Reid is the favourite to collect the senior award after a stellar championship campaign which saw him rack up 4-32 en route to lifting Liam MacCarthy.
His Kilkenny team-mate, and 2014 winner, Richie Hogan is also nominated and would become the first player to win back-to-back awards since its inception in 1995.
